MACHINE APPLICATION:
The wire wrapping machine is mainly applied for packing various metal wire products .
The structure is simple and easy for operation and maintenance,
The packing machine can make the product well-protected and sealed from water, dust and crushes.
The machine replaces the traditional manual packing and can greatly improve the packing efficiency and save labor force.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. The turning speed of the ring and carrier rollers is adjustable by converter.
2. The overlap of packing tape can be adjusted by inverters.
3. The wrapping tape tension can be adjusted.
4. Press roller and side rollers adopted to prevent the project from shaking in packing.
5. The wrapping material can be cut automatically.
6. The supporting rollers are wrapped by polyurethane for protection.
7. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
8. Friction between wheel and ring is adjustable.
9. Soft start and soft stop ensure safe operation.
